TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
> I have rights to delay, refuse, or cancel any project or slot if the client doesn't fulfill the requirement or exceeds the designated schedule.
> I will do NSFW but with the condition that the boobs are not too excessive or too bigThe client / payor and artist agree to not share any personal information that may be known to both parties during the commission process.
> A project that has a deadline of less than the estimated time is considered as a rush order. I may not be able to accept it if the deadline is tight.USE
The client may use the model for commercial purposes.The client not allowed to claim the commissioned work as your work.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I have the right to use the work for my portfolio (showcase videos, tutorial videos, promotion of commissions, and posting of WIPs).The client should give credit to @diveproject9 (twitter), in their social media biographies and Twitch and/or YouTube channel descriptions. The credits should be easily seen and not purposefully hard to get to.UPDATES
Progress videos / pictures / test files are sent to the client periodically or when there are enough things to be shown; adjustments are made according to any feedback.
WORKFLOW
Commission application took from Twitter or Discord.Individual slots will be taken until we receive a suitable file. If the file is not suitable enough, we will fix it (additional fees may apply) or the commission will be cancelled. The work schedule will be notified if it is acceptable to work on.Once invoice is paid and after ToS are agreed upon by the client, work on the commission will begin.Once the work is complete, we will send the beta files before deliver the final files.if there is any minor adjustment, we will fix it and send the latest file.If you would like additions or new things added to your model at a later time, we can discuss scheduling. But please wait in line, because we prioritize earlier commissions.
